For each detected Bluetooth device, it displays the following information: Device Name, Bluetooth Address, Major Device Type, Minor Device Type, First Detection Time, Last Detection Time, and more. BluetoothView can also notify you when a new Bluetooth device is detected, by displaying a balloon in your taskbar or by playing a small beep sound. To do so, follow these steps: Using Search, type Services and then from the search results, click on Services (Desktop app). Look for Bluetooth Support Service, right-click on it and then choose Properties. Under the General tab, click the drop-down option for Startup type and then choose Automatic.
I suggest you to update the drivers for your Bluetooth device.

3. In the list of device types, click the kind of device, and then locate the specific device that is not functioning.

6. Click on update driver, click OK.

If no exclamation point appears next to the name of the device and the device does not function correctly, manually uninstall and reinstall the device drivers.
To do this, follow these steps:
•a. Click Start, type Device Manager in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
•b. Click Continue. The Device Manager dialog box is displayed.
•c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
•d. In the list of device types, click the kind of device, and then locate the specific device that is not functioning.
•e. Right - click the device, and then click Properties.
•f. Click the Driver tab.
•g. Click Uninstall. Click OK.
•i. In the Device Manager Dialog box, click the Action menu, and then click Scan for hardware changes.
•j. Restart the computer which automatically reinstall the drivers.

If Windows is unable to find a driver update for the Bluetooth device, then try to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website.

Does the computer have Bluetooth included?
Check with your System/Motherboard maker and install the latest Bluetooth Drivers. Ask their support and in their forums about any known issues.
Also update the BIOS and chipset drivers while there as they can also affect the Bluetooth operation.
If the computer does not have Bluetooth then it can be added using an add-on USB Bluetooth Dongle that is not very expensive. You can purchase them at Computer shops, at Office Supply shops, or on-line.
To troubleshoot if needed :
If the computer currently supports Bluetooth AND the drivers have been
updated as indicated above.
